The ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) can be displayed in mldonkey_gui, it's just not enabled by default :

  • File/Properties/Gui/Column titles/Downloads/Add/ETA

or, since 2.02-9:

  • Right click on a column title of downloaded files table/Add Column After/ETA
