in edonkey2000:

  • right click on file and get ed2k address like:%%%

'ed2k://||file||huzursuz.zip||407729450||4BABDF1B978DBB99E2C75671E56C8FD6||/


go to edonkey2000 temporary directory and right click on part files,

  • find the file with same size (407729450 here), rename this file to urn_ed2k_md4hash (urn_ed2k_4BABDF1B978DBB99E2C75671E56C8FD6 here),
  • move this file to mldonkey's temporary folder,
  • run mldonkey and send command recover_temp

after some time passes the filename will get known from the network.




in emule/amule:

  • right click on file, select details, use part.met file and Hash

go to emule/amule temp directory,

  • find the part file, corresponding to the part.met file, for instance 001.part for 001.part.met
  • copy this file to your mldonkey temp directory and rename it to urn_ed2k_md4hash (with md4hash = emules Hash)
  • recover_temp in mldonkey
