A security fix!!
I'm going to release te ARM-PowerPC and Mipsel cores in few days.
I'm working currently so I have to use evenings or nights for core's release .

MLDonkey 3.0.0 under Linux don't send UL/DL statistic to torrent tracker. Then my ratio falling down even when I seed!

But when I shutdown MLDonkey - some statistic sends.
How I can control frequency of statistic sending to tracker?

This issue has been known to the developers for more than one and a half year now!


Mldonkey 3.0.0 does not work with trackers that require a share ratio.
Mld always reports the COMPLETE DOWNLOAD instead of the SESSION DOWNLOAD.

So your share ratio goes down exponentially with every session.

The problem is known, but no one cares to to fix or help.

Mldonkey's project lacks a bit human resources....
I also suppose that current main developer is bit "lost" (ironic) in real life..


But this is an opensource project, everyone could take the code.learn ocaml and contributive with patches

Thanks for all the stuff you do for mldonkey. It's precisely debian that I'm running and a nas I want to run it on smoothly.

Not everybody is a coder, though. And it would really be nice if someone who's already familiar with the sourcecode could look into it. It's just frustrating that mldonkey is stuck with that (probably easy to fix) bug for such a long time and especially that some users can't use it therefore. That's also the reason why it is still banned on some boards / private trackers.
