I'm uploading the new cores just now, I suppose they'll be ready in the new repository in 15 minutes.

Link to the archives repository in my signature.

Hi, I'm trying to run mldonkey on the router with the tomato. Mldonkey is turning on, unfortunately, turns off after a while because there is not enough space for "/ root / .mldonkey". Catalog is on 32MB of flash memory. Is it possible to change the destination path for the directory. I want to put it on a USB drive

Yes, http://cvs.savannah.gnu.org/viewvc/mldonkey/mldonkey/docs/ChangeLog.old?view=markup
Quote:
4155: Let MLDonkey create its data in $HOME/.mldonkey

Usage instructions:
* if the core is started in a directory where downloads.ini exists
this directory will be used, this is the same behaviour as before
* on Windows the current directory will always be used,
this is consistent with eMule
* on other systems $HOME/.mldonkey will be created and used,
this is consistent with eDonkey, aMule and Unix standards
* if variable MLDONKEY_DIR is used that directory has priority,
to simulate the behaviour without this patch use:
export MLDONKEY_DIR="." && ./mlnet

Running mldonkey as root, and run below:

LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/tmp/hdd/mydownload/.mldonkey/new_libs_path:$LD_LIBRARY_PATH
export LD_LIBRARY_PATH
/opt/bin/mlnet

i am still seeing DNS issue, i also see libmagic database issue. What should i do?

Please use the libraries bundled with the last archive (backup the old ones),
The cores have no libmagic compiled (I remind), only the full release has libmagic feature, but I have to bundle libmangic database form 2 years (or you can retrieve this database from a libmagic debian package) and I have still to do this...

In case the DNS problem persists I'll look at library dependencies perhaps something is changed which requires modification in my script (collects libraries from a list)

Or there are subtle problems which prevent my cores form running on your box.. But I hope to fix this.

Using 3.13 full binary, and the scripts come along, Donkey works great but i am still seeing DNS issue from console.
I even tried to copy all libs directly to system lib path still the same failure.
BTW i am using 1073 platform. Appreciate any tips about this...
