hi there,
i have a private tracker torrent and i'm getting
--error: I'm sorry but MLDonkey 3.1.0 is not permitted to be used (try 1)
i changed BT-user_agent to "Azureus 2.0.0.0", "uTorrent/1700", "Utorrent" etc. etc. but every time i got same message...
it seems tracker has another method to determine user agent... |

Yes, the client version is sent inline with the regular bittorrent protocol handshake. This is not going to change - better talk to the tracker owners and let them explain why mldonkey is blocked - probably of some old bugs which are already fixed.
