I think you will have a hardtime doing this, Ocaml is not cross-compile friendly.

In order to compile a Windows version yourself here is the official guide:
http://mldonkey.sourceforge.net/Windows#MinGW_Installation

Here are some hints for Ocaml cross-compilation:

Cross compilation of OCaml isn't quite straighforward.

[18:49] <pango> [14:50:57] compiler has no support for cross-compiling
[18:49] <pango> [14:51:16] they're some patches floating around for specific cases
[18:49] <pango> [14:51:37] just hacks

Thanks. I was just lazily trying to determine which would be more hassle: cross or set up minGW again, having fried the w32 system I used to compile on. I need to apply the patch from bug #19818 or upload priorities don't work due to backslashes.

Red Hat and Debian nowadays provide packages for cross-compiling to mingw. See http://packages.debian.org/source/mingw32-ocaml
