This is not feature request.
It's in general thoughts about new way to encode and transfer media.

I offer conception, a new technology of intellectual disperse streaming media through network.
Generally two technologies are offered:
1. Intellectual media slicing for streaming.
2. Holographic Media EnCoding.

Because of hatred flame that often happens, please dont take it too close to heart.
