how to cancel torrent download without user interface?

hello.
I'm using Mldonkey on Asus WL-700gE router. It has very limited resources:
CPU: Broadcom BCM4780 @266 Mhz
RAM Memory: 64 Mb
Yesterday I started a big torrent download (11.19 GB). Everything was fine. This morning I discovered that Mldonkey doesn't respond on sancho.
I killed mldonkey with:
kill -s SIGKILL 645
(kill 645 didn't work).
I restarted it, but it didn't help, also web interface and telnet doesn't work. Mldonkey uses CPU at 100%. It writes to mlnet.log large amounts of data like:

In 1,5 hours the size of file becomes 150 MB.
The question is: how do I cancel the file download I started yesterday. All interfaces (sancho, web and telnet) don't work. Only file system access is possible.

edit/delete files.ini while MLDonkey daemon is stopped
